- This apartment is a 2 bedroom, or more comfortably as a 1 bedroom with lots of storage / space.
- Top floor apartment, it gets lots of light. No elevator access, stairs only.
- We don’t allow dogs, but allow cats as long as their litter is tended to. Other pets allowed on a case by case basis.
- For laundry – unfortunately, we don’t have on-site laundry in this building, but we are conveniently located within walking/short driving distance of a few laundromats.
- All utilities (gas, water, electric, heat) are included in the monthly rent. The only things you would need to cover yourself for is cable/internet, your own window AC unit, and from May-September there is an AC electricity use fee of $75.
- The location is great – the building is on the block between N Allen and Lombardy. Kroger, Lowe’s, Whole Foods and the Allison St. Pulse bus stop are all within walking distance. In the other direction, you are a fifteen minute walk away from VCU’s Monroe Park Campus.
